AiDa provides innovative, accessible and engaging arts education designed to inspire creative expression, self-discovery, confidence and personal growth.

Our year-round classes, award-winning camps, school and community workshops, public speaking and communication programs, and youth leadership opportunities create spaces where people can learn, take creative risks, make connections and discover what they are capable of.

We envision a community where everyone has the opportunity to experience the transformative power of the arts.

Through creativity and Dramatic Arts, AiDa encourages imagination, confidence, kindness, empathy, inclusion, mindfulness, teamwork and respect — for ourselves, for one another and for the world around us.

We believe that when people are given a safe place to express themselves, be heard and belong, they grow not only as artists and communicators, but as people.

Youth Leadership & Mentorship

Community also means giving young people opportunities to lead.

AiDa’s Mentor Leader program provides secondary school students with meaningful leadership and mentorship experience while contributing to their community and earning eligible volunteer/community service hours.

Mentor Leaders learn by doing — developing responsibility, communication, collaboration, initiative and leadership while becoming positive role models for younger students.

AiDa in the Community

AiDa is proud to work with schools, community organizations, businesses, entrepreneurs and community partners through customized workshops and arts-based programming.

From Dramatic Arts and improv to public speaking, communication, leadership, team building and The Art of the Pitch, our programs are designed to meet people where they are and help them grow.

Expanding Access Through AiDa Arts Initiative

Our commitment to community continues through AiDa Arts Initiative, our not-for-profit organization dedicated to expanding access to arts education and creating opportunities for children, youth and adults who may otherwise face barriers to participation.

Because we believe the arts are a right, not a privilege.
